AMC Theatres now in Wichita

Finally checked out the new AMC this morning. Not too bad. Lot of amenities that are similar to the Warren and cheaper. I'll be back.

[Shox The Revenant]

Saw Ready Player One in their Dolby theater. Nice recliners and I like how they shake/vibrate with the sound. One note however, if they don't reel in their food prices, then they won't be here long. A pretzel and coke at the Warren/Regal is about 15 bucks. AMC is charging $21.50! Also, 16 bucks for a lg coke and popcorn too!

We did the AMC. Nice recliners. The acoustics sucked. The HVAC could be heard throughout the movie -very annoying. We were towards the end, bad angles on some seats. Floor was cheap and made a lot of noise [clomp, clomp......] whenever somebody got up. Nice bright exit sign in line of sight (probably due to angle). Large popcorn and 2 large drinks - $22.
