Apologies if this is posted elsewhere. Jackie was diagnosed with cancer (edit: ocular melanoma- tumor wrapped around the optic nerve) and underwent the first treatment of what I would assume to be several today. They are ~$4000 away from their goal of $35000 to help with the cost.
