Mother of Bully Body-Slammed in Video Demands Apology From Her Son's Victim
Footage of the fight shows seventh-grader Ritchard Gale tormenting, shoving and punching 10th-grader Casey Heynes at Chifley College in St. Marys North before the much-larger Heynes body slams Gale and walks away.

But Gale's mother, Tina, says she and her family are the victims, now that the video has gone viral, and she says Heynes owes her family an apology.

"We don't need this posted everywhere," she told Australia's Seven Network on Wednesday. "I would like him to apologize."

In one fashion or another, this was staged. 1) Both kids were in on it, along with others (not as likely) or 2) the smaller kid and several others were in on it together (more likely).

Notice that the boy in the white shirt who steps in between the two is also pulled out of the way of the video in the beginning. So you had at least the smaller fighter, someone taking the video, and another who pulls the boy in white out of the way of the video.

If the older boy (Heynes) wasn't in on it, he certainly knew something was up with the other "players" around and that numbers were not in his favor.

That kid showed good restraint. But you can only take so much. The end result was epic.

Well if the little **** was tormenting the big kid as said then he got what he deserved.

Tell that chick to know her role and get her ass in the kitchen.

You mess with the bull, you get the horns.

Both kids learned a pretty good lesson here.

I've seen similar fights before. When I was in the 9th grade I saw 2 7th or 8th graders picking on a large, nerdy 9th grader...the 9th grader had hit a growth spurt. After maybe a previous year of getting picked on by the 2 younger kids this 9th grader unleashed a beat down of epic proportions on both of them at the same time. The funny part was when it was all over a younger kid probably 5th grade jumped in and started kicking the crap out of them too (for being picked on). I always wondered if those 2 kids continued to try and be bullies after that.

I've seen similar situations from my childhood and that is exactly what it looks like when some little punk kid with "back up" goes after another kid and how the victim reacts, at least prior to the body slam. I don't think the bigger kid had anything to do with the setup.

I know this because I was in that situation twice with the same punk coward (except that he and his crew were older) - and only when the odds were in his favor.

I'm thinking the mother of the little punk needs to feel what her son felt when he hit the concrete. I hate to say that but if she can't see what's going on, she needs to have her eyes opened.

The kid got what he deserved. He was trying to be cocky and act like a big man picking on the big kid and got surprised. He went away licking his wounds. He learned a lesson.

I agree. Not a proponent of fighting or bullies, but when you let kids do these sorts of things (instead of having "bully awareness" meetings), then those that need to learn get a lesson. Perhaps all the kids will be the better for it.
