Possibly, but the good news is if the Big 12 implodes we won't be homeless. What if Creighton were to decide to leave next year? That would leave us in a much more crappy position than if were in the Big 12 and it imploded. We would be stuck in a crappy conference with less exposure in recent history. If we are in the Big 12 getting a fair share of 3/4 star recruits, improving our game, and perennially making a splash in the tournament then somebody out there is gonna want us pretty badly.

I dunno. All I got are opinions but it's all moot unless we get a pretty visionary CEO-style president.
