Ok, click settings at the top right. Then scroll down and on the left you will see "general settings" click that. Then on the next page, scroll down almost to the bottom and there is a section called "miscellaneous options" in that category, the first option is "message editor interface." make sure it is set to "enhanced editor" that should solve it.
