  • Ty Berry 6'2 G 2020 Newton, KS to Northwestern

Someone brought this kid up in the Tyler Brown thread. Looks like he has some real talent! Surely someone the coaching staff will be watching and/or recruiting.

Here are some highlights from his Freshman season: http://www.hudl.com/profile/6537612/ty-berry

Arguably the best Fr in the state.

Good outside shot, plays D, can drive and dish. He's a little green, but I'm thinking if he improves he'll be pretty damn good in 3 years.

Tyler should be watching these highlights. This guy is more than a shooter. Tyler is only a shooter.

pinstripers: "You ever see this kid?"

BW: "yeah, young kid with talent. Natural basketball kid but needs to get stronger. Will be a D-1 kid at mid-major or major school."

If that's where his potential lies, I certainly hope the staff is watching and evaluating him. With three years of HS left. It is also very possible he might grow some more, which could increase his potential.

Not trying to be dumb, but who is BW? Brian Wardle? Buffalo Wings? Barney Wrubble? Brainless Will (of KWCH fame)?

Still don't know who BW is, but I DO like he has heard from Iowa State and Wake Forest. Perhaps he will hear from WSU soon, too.

By the way and hope this does not affect anything, but it looks like his brother is on a football scholly with the beakers (who really don't play fb).

Well, khan, playing football the way WSU does is much better than the way The Flagship does: it's cheaper, doesn't produce embarrassment, and doesn't distract anyone from the main event, which is basketball (not that it's doing much distracting in Lawrence these days, either).

Meanwhile, I'm also wondering about the mysterious BW.

It'll be interesting to see how tall he ends up if he's only a freshman and already 6'2". He is already a good size for a pg.

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

Averaged 15 points a game in his 15U Under Armour Association debut today with KC Run GMC. Where's Tyler Brown when you need him?

Looking for someone to pass the ball to him? And waiting for that offer from Marty?
