NLI policy prohibits student-athletes transferring from one four-year institution to another four-year institution (4-4 transfer) from signing an NLI inasmuch as they are no longer prospective student-athletes. Generally, only prospective student-athletes who are enrolling in a four-year institution for the first time sign a National Letter of Intent. Student-athletes who start their academic career at a four-year institution and then transfer to a junior college may also sign a National Letter of Intent if they plan on entering a second four-year institution.

Current LOI signing period runs from April 15th through May 20th which would apply to Chaunce Jenkins and Ricky Council as incoming freshman and I think Porter and Jackson as Juco transfers I assume Gilbert can sign a financial aid agreement anytime between now and the start of the semester but can't sign a LOI.

The biggest advantage of getting the LOI is that once a player signs a National Letter of Intent, all other participating conferences and institutions are obligated to cease recruiting that player

          .

That was a remarkable explanation. Thank you.

So I believe that 3G will not be able to comment on the two freshmen and the 2 juco transfers until he has LOI's in hand. Keep in mind that a player does not have to sign an LOI. But we are a couple of weeks away from that at the earliest. I don't know for sure what the rules are about commenting on a 4-4 transfer but as far as I know 3G has not commented on any of his 2020 recruits outside of former fall signee Jadun Michael.

As mentioned by 1989 earlier, there are quite a few Polk State games out on YouTube. Quality is meh, but watchable. Here are some notable games.

                      Clarence Jackson. #25

                      Nov. 23, 2019, Polk State 71 - Chipola 77
                      Jackson: 19/5 / 2 assists / 1 steal / 0 blocks

                      Nov. 30, 2019, Polk State 87 - USC Salkehatchie 69
                      Jackson: 24/20 / 5 assists / 5 steals / 0 blocks

                      First Half

                      Second Half

                      Feb. 15, 2020 Polk State 80 - St. Pete 63
                      Jackson: 18/9 / 0 assists / 1 steals / 0 blocks

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

Jucorecruiting updated their Top 100 and added in freshman qualifiers who have signed. Clarence drops in at No. 23 nationally.

Shooting percentages are interesting. 34% from 3 (good) and 69% from the line (pedestrian). He needs to work on his free throws. He should be better.
