I’ve been trying to find film of the game where he went for 51 points and 20 rebounds. Game against a Miami prep school, Triple Threat I think it was called.

“If the rankings came out today, he’s a Top-50 in the Class of 2018,” The Nation head coach Mike Woodbury opined.

“He can push it in transition, he can pass the snot out of the ball. Everybody is offering him. People late in the game are calling. There were a lot of flaws in his game that we cleaned up a lot. He increased his range. He’s a pro, a 3-4 who can flat out play.”

Wish there was more film on him.

That said, they’ve been recruiting for decades before YouTube, so I’m certain if WSU is on him, it’s because he’s damn good.

He’s on his official to UNLV today (2nd official visit). Earlier articles said we were guaranteed a visit and it would be his last. Unless he adds Ole Miss in there, he should be in Wichita soon.

This guys could be a game changer. If we can develope a track record of getting big men to the NBA, the world is ours!!

A kid that can shoot and handle the ball as well as advertised with his size is a good candidate to leave early. If he can demonstrate that at the D-1 level, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him enter the draft after year 2.

You are jumping to early conclusions with an unranked player, and I would be surprised if he improves in Div. 1 that fast, but that wouldn't be a bad thing if he is that good.

A big reason he’s unranked is because he’s only been in the country for approximately 2 years and has reclassified from 2019 to 2018. So with that, I can’t put too much weight in the rankings for him. At the same time, very little to no film exists of the kid so it’s hard to take some of the recruiting articles at face value.

But, If his skills truly are as what recruiting articles state, NBA scouts will be very intrigued by him. For an NBA team, it would be more about potential/upside. A 6’10” player with athleticism and extended range screams potential.
