Shocker Pair Doing Well

David Calvalcanti and Matt Perieira are having a storng showing at the ITA All-American Championships is Tulsa.

Matt also had a pretty storng showing in the singles.

David and Matt have wins in the doubles competition over pairs from San Diego, Ohio State, #40 San Diego, Florida and #18 Kentucy to reach the tournaments Sweet 16 round.

They take on a doubles team from Tulsa (I think at 2:00 pm today) for a chance to advance to the Elite 8 round.

Looks like David and Matt knocked off the Tulsa duo 8-5 to make the quarterfinals but then lost to Ohio State 8-5.

Still a very good showing by the Shocker duo.
