I could see a swap for Arkansas if aTm goes to the SEC. It seems their ears perked up when Beebe started throwing out SEC-like revenue numbers.

Like newshock said, they won't be expanding, it's confirmed now. The championship game would be a waste considering the only schools who would play in the Big XII Championship to get to the BCS Championship would be OU and UT. They already play during the regular season since they're in the same division, so that's basically the "championship game." Conferences like the SEC need a championship where they have multiple BCS Championship contenders and not everyone in the conference plays each other during the regular season. Mack and Stoops have always been against a Conference Championship because it only creates one more obstacle for them to get to the BCS Championship game. Of course, now since they were considering leaving, whatever Mack and Stoops want, they get, in return for staying in the Big XII.Originally posted by SubGod22Comment

Now that the roles are pretty well established in the B12-2, the only question remaining is whether UT and OU "rent" the rest of the league out or if they just require them to bend over.
Whoever ends up in the B12-2 North will have that question answered. It almost has to be OSU, although Baylor would really fit better.
Put Baylor in the B12-2 North and the league might have to negotiate how much they have to pay to get those games on TV.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

I think that the fact that the other 8 teams are rented has been established. It is only the amount of money involved that is being negotiated for them to bend over.
