Seriously, eff 'em. They got the easiest bracket, they somehow got Butler's best player taken out of the game while their 7-foot pile of suck committed every conceivable atrocity and only got whistled for 4 (e.g.: The play where the ball went off his foot and out of bounds - he threw Matt Howard to the ground, and that was only the last time.), they got to play 8 against 5 and they get to take home the trophy. I hope they choke on it.

The key word is "should", but you know how the polls go. There are too many big name BCS teams for Butler to break into the top 5.

Arkansas Pine-Bluff, Cal, Purdue, Baylor, West Virginia and Butler.

The key word is "should", but you know how the polls go. There are too many big name BCS teams for Butler to break into the top 5.

Every KEY player back from a team that lost by a millimeter in the National Championship game = EASY Top 5. If it is any BCS school, they're probably Top 2.

If they aren't Top 5 to start the year, I will never look at another poll the same away again.

Butler loses basically 1 guy that did anything this year. If they're not ranked in the top 5 to start next season they might as well just scrap the polls and go straight to a 300+ team tournament. The polls would be more of a joke than an entire season just being one long tourny if that happens. They were in the top 8 to finish the regular season in one poll so I don't see why they couldn't be ranked in the top 5 to begin next season.
