Last night we were. Can't argue witht the score and what you saw on the court.

If your 3 starting guards shoot 6-26 from the field you are going struggle with just about anyone. I suppose a good part of the credit for that goes to Utah State.

Still, I think we are capable beating a Utah State if we play well. Not sure though what it is going to take to get us playing well again on a consistent basis. We still don't seem to have the knack of bringing our A game with us on the road.

Had no problem with the Lutz article. Had no probelm with the boos. Had no problem with Coach Marshall's comments. Anybody who saw that game last night and wasn't blown away by their atmosphere is in denial. The only beef I've had with Coach is his whining about Lutz and the boos and the crappy performances we've strung together. He's still my man, but he's got a learning curve.

After watching the crowd last night and the Scottish chants etc, must admit I was impressed. They like to talk about KU< New Mexico etc, but I think everyone could learn a thing or two from that crowd!

I don't go to every game and pay my hard earned money and give my all as a fan to be thrown under the bus by a coach who has been around less than three years. I am as much of a Shocker fan as anyone else on here.

you have been more negative then lutz in this whole thread - and it's not going to change anything....marshall is not going to call you up tomorrow and apologize to you personally for his comments

so perhaps, instead of whining about it, and looking like a high school cheerleader during that time of the month, you should move on and focus on rooting for your team instead of against it

I never root against the Shox and you are clearly in over your head. I simply have the balls to call out our coach when he says something stupid. I'm not gonna give him a pass because he's the Shox coach. I still believe in him and this team, but what he said was uncalled for and I'm not afraid to speak my mind. that sounds like something a die-hard fan would say about his team

there's a huge difference between 'having the balls to call out our coach' and knowing what's behind what he said and why - but i'm sure you've been a head coach at a division 1 ncaa institution and have all the answers, right?....it takes such courage to call him out and and talk down to him on an anonymous message board, doesn't it?

What exactly was wrong or in error about the sentence you quoted of mine? Do you think we looked good last night or that we outcoached or outplayed USU? If you will read carefully you will see that I said "WHAT I SAW LAST NIGHT..." That is a fact and I'm sorry if that hurts. Maybe if we play again, the Shox will bounce back and right the ship, but last night we got schooled. There's really no other way to see it.
