I received a message from someone within the athletic department informing me that WSU practices are closed. For that reason I have removed the topic. No real harm done, but since the topic had numerous replies I wanted to explain to everyone why it was removed.
It does bring up one thing that occassionally needs addressed so I'll take this opportunity to do that. There are things we as fans may observe that we feel would be of interest to our fellow fans. No harm in that. But we do need to be mindful of the potential effects it could have to those more closely associated with the program. From day one of ShockerNet I've wanted it to be a "friend of the program". So there may be times when posts that do not necessarily break the board rules may be removed or edited if I or the other mods feel the post contains information that may have a detrimental effect on the program, athletic department, or school.
