8 wins by 11-seeds or lower (according to Stewart Mandel, the NCAA record book only includes these as "true" upsets): new record (and 1/3 of all 11-16 seeds; 40% if you toss out the 16s).

Wouldn't the Miami win over us be considered an upset since we were favored?

Watching a pretty good game between Kentucky and Indiana. A 4-5 seed matchup, although that doesn't seem to hold as much meaning anymore. Tied 40-40 with 15:50 remaining.

Kentucky and Indiana are both, IMO, really really good teams, yet one of them is going out in the RO32. Goes to show just how hard this tournament is.

The ku homers are out in force. They said wsu's 5 years of good play is over now that fvv and baker are gone. I referenced well Wsu and mvc are better the last 5 years in the tournament. They have to go back 10 years to reference a tainted championship
