FYI, FWIW I use initials b/c a lot of my posts come via PIE on my WM6 GSM phone. On my PC, I have a high WPM but in PIE, not so much. YMMV, but I find it easier to type HCGM instead, and everyone here knows wtf.

Here is one of my pet peeves - you typed "r" instead of "are" you saved yourself two whole letters. Just like when people use "2" instead of "to" one whole letter. Are we too freaking lazy we can't type two additional letters?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, and guess SB did that on purpose based on the rest of this thread.

You have to remember, that when text messaging, not only are you typing on a phone pad sometimes (though more and more people get phone with full keyboards), you are usually typing with just your thumbs, and, space is limited to a certain number of characters.

Well, I was going to post: U R A Dufus, but I am really starting to wonder about the world sometimes. Are people really this dense? In the last week we had people complain on Message boards with the following:

1. Angry that polls were being posted. Their argument they they didn't like them so they shouldn't be discussed.

2. Angry that RPI were being posted. Their argument was they didn't like them so they shouldn't be discussed.

3. Angry that people use any kind of shorthand on message board. I guess there argument is they are technically challenged and it's not fair.

4. Angry that people are mispelling words on a message board.

5. Angry that people actually make up another thread for a different game. I guess 1 thread should be good for a team for the whole season (this occured on VT).

6. Angry because because someone created a thread discussing coaching moves in basketball in the basketball forum.

And to think we actually let some of these people vote, or even drive a car.

Im a firm believer that people should be licensed to have children. and if they were to have children while not licensed the penalty would include jail time and a fine.
