UNI @ WSU Game Thread

It's not nuclear meltdown time yet, but this team has a lot of holes to fill. Perimeter shooting hasn't been good all year and has digressed of late. I hope all the talk about this team making a deep run in the NCAAs is over. Sweet 16 is this team's ceiling at best. Round of 32 sounds reasonable. 2 seed NIT is bet the farm solid.

There are way too many holes for mid-February. This team is Swiss cheese. Offense and FTs are killing this team.

I'm still loling that the team storms back to tie it only to blow 7 possessions in a row to take the lead. It's like their whole goal was to tie the game.

Hold a team to 15 points in the second half and lose at home?

I honestly felt like this was fundamentally one of Shaq's best defensive games as a Shocker. Usually you get rewarded for playing good defense. Funny how that's not the case for him.

Btw, I f****** hate the Valley as bad as I hate Paul Jansen. **** teams who piss down their legs 2/3 of the season and then get up for WSU and play over their heads. And this is why getting out of the Valley is essential for WSU. Every loss is a bad loss and WSU isn't allowed to have bad games.

This loss, especially at home, puts us in 11 seed territory.
