So this is what Creighton fans feel like. It sucks. Proud of the team. Disappointed it couldn't have lasted longer.

1. I have a friend who is a Creighton fan, and within minutes of the loss he posted a status making fun of WSU.
2. I am in several pools in which people have Creighton in the Final Four. Obviously they are unfamiliar with any basketball history.

No, no, no, not at all. Our team played their hearts out and left it all on the court. We lost to the team that has a chance of winning it all if they stay consistent, and we've been past this point before and have a great chance to get past the RO32 again.

Creighton just loses at this point, usually in an embarrassing fashion (it's 63-35 Baylor as I type this) and have no idea what making the second weekend feels like.

This is a terrible feeling, but it's still much, much better than being a Bluejay fan.
