Excuses are for losers. Then again Cal Poly has lost 20 games this year. So they have had a lot of practice.

We shot under 47% from the field, and 52% from the line, and 33% from 3. That was our bad game.

That's a great point. Cal Poly fan(s) also forgot to factor in the fact that we let off the gas, subbed out the wazzu, and put it on cruise control with about 10 minutes left in the first half. Otherwise we would have put up 100.

Oh well. At least they have the good weather to drown their sorrows in.

The "off shooting night" trend continues for Shocker opponents.

Man, if only they had managed to shoot like they did against KenPom's #326 defense, they could have (potentially) scored more points than our backups.

That's basically a win. Good job.

And if we'd left Cleanthony Early in the game for all 40 minutes, he would have personally out-scored Cal Poly 48-37 (23 points / 19 minutes * 40 minutes).
