Hi all, new to the forum, but wanted to post a quick note in case there are other displaced Shocker fans in the DC area.
I've been in touch with K-State Capital Area Alums who have agreed to a joint watch party to cheer on the Shockers and the Wildcats back to back Friday night. Here are the details if anyone is interested! (FB invite here https://www.facebook.com/events/1418493095067308/)
Come out to Molly Malone's and watch two Kansas teams compete in the big dance. Molly's will have sound and specials on the first floor.
7:10 p.m. Wichita State
9:40 p.m. K-State vs. Kentucky
To receive specials, they've asked you wear your school colors:
$5/pint Boulevard Wheat
$4/bottle Shiner Bock
$3/pint Miller Light
$8 cheeseburger and fries
$6 wings
$6 Irish nachos
