That said, generally speaking, the comments have been pretty knowledgeable and respectful over there.
ya true, there are a few poster over there saying "we are a BCS so we should handle them", but I guess you will always get a few bad apples

"They are a good team. Not a great team. Their #11 ranking is based off of their run in the tourney last year. Every year there is one mediocre team that gets hot in March and is a bracket buster. WSU was that team last year. Remember this is the same team that was a play in team and lost to Evansville twice last year. TN should handle them easily if they just show up. If the same team shows up that beat Xavier and WF, then TN wins by 20. They are not the 11th best team in the country but I'll take the victory and resume builder."
People forget that we didn't have Baker for most of the year. I believe that we probably win at least 1 or 2 games that we lost.

And there has never been a mediocre team get to the final 4. I don't care who it is. Mediocrity ends in the sweet 16.

This is where @BOBB: usually jumps in and rightly says something to the effect of "what did you expect fans to say on their own board"?

The Shockers recently held BYU (90.8 PPG) to a season-low 62 points. That defense will be tough for Tennessee to overcome.
Time for a new record for consecutive wins... GO SHOX!!

Not disagreeing with anything said here, but will point out that Tennessee was missing a few pieces last year themselves. Have them back this year.

                • We need some tough games against teams with big physical front lines to see where were really at. Personally, I don't think
our big men have proven themselves yet and are not as good as Hall, Orupke and White were last year plus Early has not
been nearly as dominant as expected. For us to make the final sixteen our frontline is going to have to improve quite a bit.

That article was beyond stupid. Been to Minnesota and thought it was a nice looking campus. U of Illinois reminded me of a military/prison feel and the author talked about UC San Diego as having a strange assortment of architecture? Has he seen USC. Those buildings looked like a hodge podge of works from each decade. The whole thing was laughable.

True. I don't think we lose both EU games and SIU with Baker. Those were the games I was talking about.

Brewer said the stickers cost around $4,000. The stickers peel off easily, but if Intrust Bank Arena likes the look, it is welcome to keep them in place for its next basketball game, when Kansas State plays Gonzaga on Dec. 21.

“We’ll allow it, if they want to,” Brewer said.
