I thought wiggins played good defense when I could make out who was who on my crappy internet feed.

One major difference between this game and last is that we have had AMPLE opportunity to learn how to crack the 2/3 zone code. When we saw ISUb the first time, that was the first time that major ch|nk in our armor was exposed so obviously. Since then we have seen 2/3 zone, 2/3 zone, 2/3 zone, and more 2/3 zone thrown at us. But in all honestly I wasn't even paying attention if that was their tactic against us last night, or if they changed it up.Kung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!

Despite a couple of defensive lapses by Nick last night, I think he is playing better lately. Early in the game, Arop made Nick look like a 5th grader on a drive to the basket. Nick seems to be more aggressive on defense and has a greater awareness.
Even though his shot has not been going down, he is making more drives to the basket. It suggests to me that he is getting more comfortable. Since his minutes are rising, maybe Coach Marshall is getting more comfortable too.
Does any of this make sense? Or am I way out in left field?
Is the juco breaking in period about to end for Nick?
P.S. - I guess his minutes are not rising as much as I thought. In the last four games, his minutes have been 16, 21, 15 and 22.Last edited by Ricardo del Rio; February 20, 2013, 05:57 PM."Prediction is very difficult, especially if it is about the future."

He was huge at times, then poof...Brain Fart. Glad he contributed a great deal tonight, or that would have been a defining play.

As for the ESPN3 quality issues, I have a local ISP (not Cox) an my video quality seemed to rise and fall at the same times as many others here. That tells me ESPN was having server issues and if your quality didn't drop, you must have been piped to a stable server. At least, that's the only explanation I can come up with.
