I think our team got their swagggggerrrrrrr back. Very impressive. I don't care if it's just Hillbilly State. We needed a win in the worst way, and not only did we get it, we thumped their asses.

Great game! Anyone notice early in the first half when the msu player got ripped by their coach? He was hitting the player's legs on both sides after screaming for him to sit down. The player then put on his warm up shirt and sweats. He didnt play again in the first half. Anyone see what happened?

Back to normal? I say yes, as the team beat the snot of a crappy SMS squad in the manner they should. If we had squeaked out a close one, then I would still be concerned. As it is, I'm going to say this team slapped themselves out of their slump for now.

I don't know if I've EVER seen a player miss his free throw...rebound the ball...and FLUSH a Gorilla two-handed jam. Like saying..."take that goal!!!" Lol

We executed better in every facet of the game against the Bares tonight. That being said I'm still concerned about our ability to break the zone. It didn't seem like our offensive scheme changed at all from the previous losses. Tonight our players were bigger, stronger, faster, and more focused than our opponent and we shot pretty well from deep. It was a strong performance and a good way to recover from a slump.

Better performance but not our best. I was concerned with our defense the first 10 minutes as we gave up too many layups and open 3's. It didn't hurt that we got Downing in foul trouble early. The last 30 minutes was much better defense and seemed to keep getting better as the game progressed.

Might have been the best minutes Lufile has had since before Christmas.

90 points if we make the bunnies.

We need to take this game and build on it. Basketball is no different than any other sport. Lose your confidence and the whole game crumbles. Regain that confidence and we go a long way.
