Tennessee had a good opportunity to knock off #23 Ole Miss (not to be confused with Southern Miss) leading 50-44 with 7 to go. Got outscored from there out 18-6 to take the loss.

I would agree. On the other hand, maybe that was the way for the rest of Richmond, VA, to welcome VCU to the Atl-10.

I kind of get it with the cross-town rivalry. When you share a city, you know Richmond fans have been having to listen to VCU fans a whole lot with the Final Four run and continued success since then.

Big road win for Air Force.

They are now 3-2 in the MWC w/home games against Fresno State and San Diego State next week. Here's to the Falcons going on a run and becoming a surprise quality W.

ETA: AFA's RPI improves to 75 with the victory. If they can find a way to sneak into the top 50, I can't imagine that many of our peers can sport 2 non-conference road wins against top 50 foes.

Not exactly a game of note, but after defeating Auburn, Ole Miss (not to be confused with Southern Miss) player Marshall Henderson went over and taunted the student section. Some posters on here have said that the NCAA has been stressing sportsmanship after seeing Malcolm pick up some T's and even Carl pick up a T in a game for yelling. Could anything be done about this?

Edit: Not saying something should be done about this, but if players on the court are going to get a quick whistle because of this emphasis on sportsmanship, how does this factor into everything?

Nick Wiggins needs to find another way pf celebrating his 3-pt makes (and other good plays) -- the skipping and smiling is A-okay, but his pounding his chest at midcourt is too much, IMHO. Glad for the kid and it is exciting, but he needs to find another way before it is called something.
