I really am not trying to be a dick, because I generally agree with all the criticisms of Armchair I have seen on here - But can you find any other NIL collective in the country where they have put out total donation numbers? Or any of the money numbers by sport? Like specifically.
If you need that for you to donate, that is certainly your right, but I do not believe that is standard, for many reasons, for any NIL Collective in the nation.
From what I have seen, again in limited research, this would be far more information disclosed than what is usual.
I understand why the information would be great to have.

For those of you who are season ticket holders and/or SASO contributors, do you remember receiving anything by email or snail mail from Armchair or the athletic department detailing how NIL works and how the average fan can participate? How businesses can participate? I just don't remember seeing anything.

Though I wonder if since Armchair is technically not the school, if there is a marketing consent that is needed for them to provide Armchair our information... I guess it could just be an athletic department letter pointing to Armchair's site

I hope others do not expect that - Otherwise we are in major major trouble.

Why can't we be the "gold standard" of NIL transparency with 2 very easily providable pieces of information? Are there other ways to earn trust? sure, but this is an easy win.
I have a feeling there are probably a ton of really good reasons why organizations are not giving out that info.

Also, considering the overwhelming lack of trust in Armchair right now, they would benefit from more transparency. I've actually skimmed a number of articles about more transparency from NIL Collectives would generate more giving. Most people don't like throwing money at something and having no idea what the **** is going on with it.
I know I'm certainly not going to give money to anyone if I have no clue about what happens with it. Do I need specifics on everything? No. Do I want to be left completely in the dark? Also no.Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan
RIP Guy Always A Shocker
Carpenter Place - A blessing to many young girls/women
ICT S.O.S - Great local cause fighting against human trafficking
Wartick Insurance Agency - Saved me money with more coverage.
Save Shocker Sports - A rallying cry

But all of that is a very far cry from "At a minimum Armchair should be giving out more information than every other collective in the country "

I am not on board with what you are saying. Those are two different things.
You are deflecting because you don't really understand what you are talking about, and said you expect something that is by all accounts nationally, unreasonable, which you also know.
You are being disingenuous.

IMO, collectives should operate under the same rules and guidelines as non-profits. But since we're talking about NCAA and college athletics in general that's probably an unrealistic expectation. As such it's the Wild West and anything goes. Ripe for rampant fraud.
