Both would likely be worse. Memphis is more talented but I doubt IB could handle the egos without the NBA Pedigree that Penny brings. In reverse, I don't think Penny is a great coach at all and his minimal approach would likely embolden the things that we hate on our current team.

IB has no clue how to play against Memphis. He basically says the playerrs have to improvise. That's the ticket, play YMCA ball against Memphis.

One of Bobby Knight's sayings was that he didn't teach players to make basketball plays, but to teach players to play basketball. This does not necessarily mean that IB or BK don't have structure within the offense. It just means that you have to be opportunistic and smart when someone overplays.
