VCU is GARBAGE and we're playing well below them.

VCU is playing THEIR game and dictating the tempo. This is exactly what they have done all year to almost everyone they have played. Not sure how you can say they are GARBAGE.. i do agree that it is garbage that we are letting them do what they are doing....

The only difference there is we weren't down 9 at the half in that one.

And you're really coming with the ref angle a bit too much. You're bringing that up more than anyone here. There were some bad calls but again as others mentioned the theme has been we suck, not refs suck. Don't worry, we're not bagging on your boys. Chill out.

It's not just their defense that causes this. They also like to speed you up and take you out of your offense. And we are obliging them.
