I was watching a feature on Ochai Agbaji during the tournament, and he indicated he had written letters to Wichita State (along with Mizzou and other schools) to recruit him back in 2017-2018, and that was depressing.

Yikes…

I could think of a couple freshman on that team that I wish he’d have been recruited over…

In addition to KU, he was offered by New Orleans, UMKC, Fresno State, Colorado State, Miami (Ohio), Loyola. aTm, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Okie State. So apparently Coach K, Roy Williams, Mick Cronin, Leonard Hamilton, Chris Beard, Mark Turgeon, Scott Drew, Mark Few, Jim Boeheim, and on and on and on are stupid coaches who can't evaluate talent because they didn't offer him. Also, since Isaac Brown was the primetime recruiting for HCGM I guess he is stupid and can't recruit also.

Here’s the thing. Gregg Marshall more than found diamonds in the rough. FVV, Ron, Landry, Tekele, Austin Reaves. So maybe I shouldn’t complain.

But man, sure would have been nice to have another dude who is a consensus first team AA.

Man, I know a lot of people I really like on this board will give me crap. But I watched the press conference yesterday with McCormack and Agbaji, and I could not have come away more impressed with both of them and their perspectives.
