  • Rooting for UNC all the way. Now that Roy Boy is gone I actually like Hubert Davis and the Tar Heels.

    • Not that it matters but I will not be watching the game. Anyone other than NC vs KwhoCheats Horse Thieves. I’d watch.

My FanDuel and Caesars accounts went up quite a bit Saturday while enjoying watching an abundance of talent. Hoping the same tonight. I enjoy good basketball, I don't let ignorant blind hatred change that.

            • As is usually the case in college basketball the guards will decide the outcome. Tar Heels have the big guards/small forwards to stay in front of obagee, or anyone else, including Remi, on the perimeter, or on the drive. Battle on the glass might be even.

              • I was watching a feature on Ochai Agbaji during the tournament, and he indicated he had written letters to Wichita State (along with Mizzou and other schools) to recruit him back in 2017-2018, and that was depressing.

I'll continue to hate teams that cheat their way to the top. If you want to be "ignorant and blind" to that you can but doesn't make it anything else than that. .

Wow. Who knew? Who were the teams that offered him? Mostly Valley schools?

Agbaji is a class act and a good guy. Very well-spoken, good student, worked his way up and improved every year. Very humble. From Kansas City and played all four years at KU. First team All-American. I think he would have been national player of the year if the voting took place after the tournament. All four of the other first team All-Americans were bounced in the first weekend.

I'm WSU-first. But I have no problem rooting for KU when they are not playing WSU. I know some disagree.

Well, Alterique Gilbert personally told him he should come to UConn, but Ochai Agbaji didn’t feel like he had the credibility as a student to recommend an institution of higher learning.

Man, I know a lot of people I really like on this board will give me crap. But I watched the press conference yesterday with McCormack and Agbaji, and I could not have come away more impressed with both of them and their perspectives.

Not who didn't. Who did? Valley and Horizon league schools?

It'd be nice to know what kind of player GGG turned down. Was it because he was being recruited by teams beneath the AAC and therefore GGG wasn't interested. Has nothing to do with the player's character at all.

You're the ku fan, not me. I don't know the story. You brought it up.

Well duh its always been that way. Jeff Herndon is a WSU grad but always been a KU fan even growing up.
