Yeah, that's a bad look for the league. Houston is good but they've had better teams in the past.

The team and players badly need a win to get some of their confidence back, and this should be a very winnable game.

Pride appears all they have left to play for, and I am hopeful that they will take pride in knowing that at the end of the regular season and conference tournament, that they gave their very best, every second, of every game.

I will admit 13-5 seems optimistic. But if you're guessing 9-9, I think you're overvaluing how good the American is going to be.

There is a reason analytics have us as the 3rd or 4th best team in the conference, and it probably isn't because we're fantastic. Only a handful of top-100 teams.

Edit: To be fair, we did miss a few conference games and two more games are still scheduled. So we COULD hit 6 wins, which was a tier that a lot people voted for.

I get that, but the largest vote total indicated that we weren't expecting this team to be great, just competent. And they failed to achieve that level.
