He was rough as a Junior and just took off as a Senior. He turned into 'The Guy' and was who they ran the offense through. It certainly wasn't the case as a junior.
How good would he look patrolling the paint right now!
That is all.
Above all, make the right call.

Frankamp, while not a diamond in the rough, resurrected his career here which has led to a nice paycheck overseas.Last edited by shoxlax; December 20, 2021, 10:56 AM.

Players like McDuffie or Dex never achieved anything near what I felt were their ceilings. Etienne doesn't look better. Maybe it's just where the college game is, but it seems like when we get a player now, that is who that player will be in the future. After our '13 and '14 runs I just didn't see any development. Where we were getting the most out of marginal talents before then.Wichita State, home of the All-Americans.

Frankamp never looked as good for us as he did trying to bail KU out in the tourney when they couldn't even bring the ball up the floor before he came in.Wichita State, home of the All-Americans.

Remember the La. Tech game on TV a few years ago? Remember when the announcer/s said during the game "GGG is really high on S. Jones and believes he could be their next player in the NBA"? Selling players by telling them they're NBA talent, or could be developed as so, is asking for trouble.

Murry, Stutz, Ellis, Kyles, Durley, and Hannah would have run ANY of our post Fred teams out of the gym. This current team might not score 30 against those guys.
