Sure about that? I have confidence that GM would have straightened that kid out into Shocker material.

No, you are not nuts and I think some MSU fans feel the same way.

That could be a real interesting game between the Trees and Dougie Saturday.

Kansas had a much tougher time of it at Texas A&M than the Shocks had at Illinois State.

Kansas prevailed 66-58 but TAM had the ball at 62-58 with 35 seconds to to and got a good look from the corner for 3 but could not knock it down. KU hit a couple of FT's and cherry picked a layup off of another missed trey for the final score.

Unfotunately Weems and his team is finding another way to screw us. We had 8 top 100 wins, if SWOMO finishes 100+ it drops us to 6-3.

Just checked Warren Nolan, MOST has dropped from 95 to 103. I bet they lost on purpose tonight just to screw us :concern:

I'm sure. Marshall could probably help out, but at the end of the day, I just don't like his antics. He seems like a player that could easily cash it in, like for instance, this season. Not Shocker material. We've made it this far without him. That's fine by me. If you disagree, I understand.

                  ... No really, deuces.

At a minimum I hope Valley voters recognize that Weems has quit on his team and not vote him 1st Team All-Conference and put two Shockers on the 1st team. Not sure which two put any two of our seniors will do. Garrett and Joe, or Garrett and Toure or Joe and Toure.

Southern Miss lost a really bad one in 2OT at UTEP tonight, falling into a tie for 2nd in CUSA. The Eagles are about one more crappy loss away from taking away Missouri State's title as the highest RPI team ever to be denied an at-large bid.

Interestingly, if Tulsa beats the next few weak sisters on their schedule, they will have an opportunity to gain at least a share of the conference crown on senior night against Memphis.

On Tuesday Feb 21, 3 out of 8 top 25 lost. It may serve as a warning for the (top 25) teams playing on Feb 22. 8 won and 2 are playing. UNLV is leading big. Only SD State is losing.

RealTimeRPI.com currently has Missouri State right at #100. A road win at #143 Evansville probably nudges the back into the mid-90's. But with the way the Bears are playing now not sure that a win is in the cards. The game does have some significant ramifications for Arch Madness seeding.
