Ok, here we go, just trying to create a topic that triggers conversation and might help visualize matchup strength/weaknesses for the (as of now) roster.

    Team #1 Upperclassmen by position

    1. Q. Grant
    2. C. Porter
    3. Dex
    4. J. Pleasant
    5. Mo

    Vs.

Team #2 Soph and Fresh by eligibility

    1. Ty
    2. C. Jenkins
    3. Ricky IV
    4. Monzie
    5. Matty McF

    Bench: Pohto

IMO interesting dynamics on both squads. Both are a viable lineup option.
Just trying to see how ya'll think this game could go down.

And hey, it might kill a couple days til tipoff 21-22

Team #2 will play fast and out of control.

I'd love to see this matchup. Then switch Porter or Qua with Ty and see what the young guns can bring.

Qua is more of a two than porter, IMO.

Maybe, but we saw Tyson put the brakes on early in the year by bringing the ball up himself. I don’t think he would tolerate sloppiness

Even though it would seem team 2 has a higher offensive output potential, would they have enough D to stop team #1? #1 is no offensive juggernaut, but has a lineup that could set a pace and work to their strengths through Mo down low. J Plez has buckets, and Craig has a good assist skillset. QG driving, Dex shooting, driving, and the squad having some O rebounding might be enough to bully and pace their way to a win. Could OR-Monzie be enough of a counter punch?? Is Matty Mac athletic enough to pull down 10+ boards??
Should team 1 one two punch Ty with aggressive match ups from CP and QG?? Or try to focus on taking Ty out with Dex?? That could easily backfire by letting Ricky IV get going.
Could team #2 show a Shock squad with a LETHAL 1-2-3 punch in Ty, RCIV, Jenkins? And if so, are They better with That big lineup with them (Monzie/Matty), or can those 3 score 20/17/15 ??

I see posibilities gallore, flexibility gallore, and tons of lineups that can get it done. Is it Nov yet??

I don't know if they need to let off the gas, just play with more control and purpose.
