Didn't see it mentioned but early today Chris Jans and the New Mexico State Aggies picked up a much needed win in the Cayman Islands beating Colorado State in OT 78-70.

If they get healthy, the Aggies will mow through the WAC again this season.

CJ hoped he'd match up with his friend Porter Moser but alas Loyola didn't cooperate and it will be New Mexico State vs South Florida at 1230pm tomorrow.

This is the first time I’ve ventured over to the Redturd forum. That was quite the read! Nice to see a few rational posters over there. Back in the Turgeon days I actually didn’t mind ISUr. I’d go as far as saying they may have been my number two rooting interest in the Valley (right up until the belly flop across half court).

It’s hard for me to not be a fan of Austin. He seems to have that win at all costs type of mentality (albeit on offense noticeably more than defense). I really hope he does well with the sooners. I know you’re not wishing otherwise, but I’ve always been a fan of the kid.

The move down to Oklahoma was the correct move for AR. He would never see the floor here just because of his lackadaisical attitude toward defense. Just would not have been a good fit. But i always root for ex Shockers to make a splash wherever they end up.

He played more than half the minutes on the 17-18 team and starts for OU. He would have played plenty and probably started his junior and senior seasons if he were still here.
