He is just not going to let it go is he?

Only 1 of 65 not to but Baylor at either #1 or #2, Put them at #4
Only 1 of 65 to put Kansas at #1. No one put them at #2 either.
Only AP Voter to place Duke at #2, Duke lost twice this week. Also no voters voted Duke as #3, #4, or #5

But he's right and everyone else is wrong.

      Just ask him.

        • Might as well just substitute a KenPom auto vote instead of this guy.

Updated 2 hours ago, but missed our game last night... hmmm.

"The Shockers only shot 30.4% from the field in Saturday's 65-54 loss to Houston. Wichita State will take a two-game losing streak into Tuesday's game at South Florida."

"Who's rising and falling on the college basketball landscape this week?...

                  11. West Virginia (15-3)...

                  20. Houston (14-4)
The Cougars are very quietly putting together another nice season under Kelvin Sampson, and their 11-point road win at Wichita State on Saturday earned some well-deserved attention. Houston has a top-20 offense despite lacking a true go-to star, with five players averaging between 9.2 and 12.8 points and the No. 2 offensive rebounding rate in the country. ...

                  23. Wichita State (16-3)
The Shockers now find themselves looking up in the AAC race after a home loss to Houston last week marked their second straight conference defeat. Wichita needs to find more consistent offense, having gone four games in a row now without cracking 1.0 points per possession. Its 45.2% season mark on two-point shooting, which ranks 309th nationally, is a fairly big concern..."

309th???! Holy smokes. Good thing we usually play very good defense.

                    Also, fair ranking for us.

"We also examine how (the top 19) ranked teams are doing at this point in the season vs. previous years. Surprising stats inside!...

By the way, I did some research to compare where the top teams in the sport stand, collectively, in the loss column this season. This is Week 12 of the AP Top 25. The 25 teams in this week's poll have a combined 81 losses, which is hefty -- but not aberrational. A year ago at the Week 12 point, there were just 65 total Ls. But in 2017-18, the loss total was 80. The year before? The 2016-17 season had 67 losses from the 25 teams in Week 12 of that season's AP poll. And in 2015-16, the number was 79 total losses for top-25 teams....

                      12. West Virginia (Previous: No. 6)
It was a wacky week for West Virginia, which went weird in an 84-68 loss at K-State (and it wasn't that close) last Saturday. But the bounce-back effort was nice. The 'Eers walloped Texas 97-59, handing Shaka Smart one of the worst losses by margin in his career. At 15-3, WVU remains a promising threat to make the Final Four...."

                      15. Houston (Previous: unranked)
Coogs! Welcome to your return inside the power rankings, Houston. Kelvin Sampson's team was a staple in the Hey Nineteen last season. And now, with a 14-4 record and Memphis slip-sliding away, the Cougars break in thanks to a 4-1 AAC record and the fact they've lost once in the past six weeks. In that stretch UH has won five games away from home, including last weekend's overthrow of a W at Wichita State. UConn is in town Thursday. ..."

"There was a brawl, a buzzer-beater and a new No. 1 team in college basketball in Week 12. How will all that action affect Week 13’s college basketball rankings?...

                        22. Wichita State Shockers (17-3)
Houston knocked Wichita State out of the rankings last week, handing the Shockers their second straight loss but they’ll be back in after wins over South Florida and UCF. The AAC is going to be a fun race to monitor as the season winds down and the Shockers are right there near the top.

                        21. Houston Cougars (16-4)
After beating Wichita State a week ago to make their first appearance in the AP Top 25 this season while dropping the Shockers out, the Cougars beat UConn and South Florida to hold on to a first-place tie in the AAC.

                        13. West Virginia Mountaineers (16-3)
West Virginia will move up a spot thanks to a couple of losses in front of it and the Mountaineers had an extremely dominant week against Texas and Missouri. They smacked the Longhorns around 97-59 and then handled Missouri 74-51. This team is looking like a true threat to Baylor and Kansas in the Big 12.

                          • I'm thinking AP #25 +/-1. A lot depends on how much Arizona falls and whether LSU skip ahead Wichita State.
