SHJ is the perfect off the bench guard. Can score off the dribble and run the offense. He's just too much of a ball hog to trust in the starting lineup at this point, imo.

Not sure I agree. You can play poorly and still win. For example the Ladys Shocks beat Sam Houston State in their last game and I thought that was a step backwards based on the way they played. I thought the guys took another step forward against App State based on the way they played with the win being the reward for that.
