Don't really care anything about the chickenhawks. But in the sports world they say relationships are everything. Bill Self equals Tim Jankovich hired by Sheahon Zinger equals KU hiring Zinger a man that had never been an Athletic Director at a power conference school.

How does a guy go from a low MVC school (Illinois state powehouse in football ) to an AD in the so-called power conference of the Big 12 if the hiring is not approved by Self. Please !!!!!!!! And Zinger''s subsquent hires for football coaches destroyed the chickenhawks. Not to mention his outright lies on G. Marshall and the chickenhawks story in the Lawrence Journal World. What a piece of sht. Last story is that he is coaching as an assistant for high school football. Roosters coming home to roost.

Was Bill Self supposed to oppose Zenger getting the AD position? What you don't seem to get is how screwed up the KU administration was at the time...more of a long term, deep seeded problem that has surfaced and resurfaced over the years. The culture of the place is what came home to roost.

Could be worse. Could be the BJ's. Gave up a 14-2 run to end the game and lose to Seton Hall at home 81-75. That's 4 losses in a row and 4 losses in a row where they had a lead with the under 4 minute timeout and still lost. LMAO

That loss dropped Loyola into a 3 way tie for first...…..with MSU and Drake no less.

When you look at the mvc standings it’s pretty incredible. There is a 3 way tie for 1st and a 4 way tie for 2nd. Two games separate the conference champ from Thursday and it’s February 17th
