Why would Marshall want the 0U job?

I don't think he would/does.


I suppose if they offered him 2+million per, you'd have to think about it, but I have said many times, and I believe that money is the least important factor in the equation.

I've heard rumors that he's been linked to the OU job all season. This doesn't surprise me in the least.

Being offered and accepting are 2 different things. Nothing to see here.

I will say though that each win we get in the NIT lessens the possibility he will be our coach next year IMHO. I only say that because teams with vacant coaching positions will be impressed with his w/l record over the past couple years and making it to the finals of the NIT is still a pretty impressive feat to employers. They are paying attention to these games, I guarantee it.

see Bradley and their hire...heck even our hire of Marshall. Most athletic departments are pretty good at keeping things quiet. Alot of what gets mentioned is agents leaking false info to try and get their clients huge raises and extensions.
