Somewhat a repeat of yesterday's game. Shocks strike early and leave up to the Pitching staff.

Now into the SIU bullpen in the bottom of the 7th. Would be nice to pick up another run or two late to really put this game on ice.

Shox win 9-1! Everything was great again today, even the relief pitching. This team is playing like a championship team! GO SHOX!

This is the team I thought we would see this year. Great pitching good defence and HITTING up and down the line up. Thought the Davidson for Baez in the seventh was a masterful move. I would like to see Walker start tomorrow. I think he earn it.
First a Baseball fan then a Volleyball fan and then I guess I follow the basketball team.

I'm very happy that the Shox are getting it together. It creates a good atmosphere in the locker room and consistent winning can lead to a positive approach in every new game. However, let's remember, they're doing it against other MVC teams, most of whom are lesser teams than many of the victories they had in the non-con. We need to start winning against the stronger opponents in our up coming schedule.

Just read box score. Why did Coy go in for McKeever in the top of 2nd?

Injury or because he grounded into DP?

Clint pulled a hamstring did NOT look good. Might put him on the shelf for a while.

McKeever hurt his hamstring grounding into a double play during his first at bat. They said that it had been bothering him for a week or so.
