We only beat Tabor 5-3 last season.I'll say we get the win 4-2 this year.

If there's any sport where an NAIA team can compete with a NCAA D-1 team, it's baseball. But, I think the Shox learned from their little scare last year and came to play tonight. These types of games are what players call "Stat Boosters".... even if they don't count. ;)

Good confidence boost tonight. Four homers and pretty good pitching soothed my nerves after last night's debacle (yes, I am aware it was only against Tabor).

I really want to see Coy getting more starts. He has so much power and potential. Likewise, Justin Kemp and Cobey Guy looked good out of the bullpen tonight. I do not remember Kemp being such a hard thrower (He hit 94 and 93 one time each). That's about 8 miles an hour harder than everyone but Sossamon and Caster...itd be nice to see him start getting some of Logan's opportunities.

Goro's home run was an absolute bomb. Landed right in the middle of 21st street.

                              On to the weekend....
