      I think Charlie is boasting.

      Charlie, are you boasting? ;-)

So, we have a sold out season in men's b-ball and are in the top-10 in two other sports (currently #7 in volleyball).

      I likey.

Charlie should boast. That is very impressive. And I agree with Royal, 2 top 10's, and a sold out basketball is awesome!

Might be harder this season. I don't think we will have that many home games. But I could be incorrect.

This attendance thing WSU has going on is really great. Unfortunately, we have a program without much attendance due to its poor performances the past couple of years.

This makes me wonder if WSU could possibly be up in the top 10 of another sport if it was played here?

Well it's average per home game, so it doesn't matter how many games you have. Of course, it always helps attendance to host those nice big games in the summer. :)

Very surprised Nebraska had only 24 dates. Any reason for so few?

                        Weather.

You guys really have an abnormal amount of home games for a Northern team.

Plus remember your regional and super regional games counted towards your 42.

I think this year we will have a higher attendance mark coming off of last year's super regional. Then in 2009 and '10 it should be at an alltime high with the stadium improvements. I know some shocker fans who are buying season tickets because of that.

We are on the extreme southern end of the definition of a "northern" team.

Below are avg temps in March. Fayetteville aint a whole lot warmer than Wichita.
