I'm assuming your commission did not come from ADES?
I want fHCGS to be treated with respect and receive the accolades he's earned and deserved. The sooner that happens, the quicker the deep rift will mend for many Shocker fans (and former players) over the manner in which fHCGS was discharged.
As Fever noted... Ironic that your avatar picture was built on the backs of the players that Gene recruited and the coach who was the leader of that program. Keep Eric in perspective as he contributed nothing to its success. He's a manager and might turn out to be a decent manager once he grows into the job. But he's not a leader. Big difference.

I'm not a cheerleader for ADES; he has faults like everyone else.
Here's my ADES 'petty' wish list:
I wish he was a polished public speaker
I wish he didn't have 'bug eyes'
I wish he was taller
I wish he had more hair - don't we all?
I wish he 'always' wore socks with slacks
I wish he'd find a new tailor
I wish he'd find a new eye glasses shop
I wish he shaved 'daily' like HCGM

Sure looks like he's fooled a bunch of people including the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics.

This article says athletes are eligible 9 years after initial enrollment at WSU.

Not sure about coaches though. I would think Gene could be nominated at any time but I don't know that for sure.
