Caden only face 1 batter over the minimum in his 4 innings. A hit batter where he stumbled and lost his balance.
Thornhill's groundball in the 4th changed to a hit from an error. I don't think the OU 2nd baseman touched the ball but it wasn't that hard of a play. He just totally whiffed on it.
Jace was a little shaky with his command but gets through the 5th giving up only a 1-out walk.Comment

In the bottom of the 5th Gage Williams starts it off with a solid ground single to right. Seth Stroh than hit a 2-2 pitch that was about 6 inches above the ground on the outer half of the plate and somehow deposited that on the redwood camera platform in center field. Shocks extend the lead to 11-0. Shane described it as a 2-iron.
Did these two team trade uniforms before the game? Just asking?
