        Not sure what the average age of MLB pitching coaches is but Tommy, at 37, seems like a youngster to me. Obviously, he has made a big impresion early in his coaching career.

          From what I've gathered, he's incredibly well versed in the analytics side of baseball, which helped him get this job.
