Wow, then that's very odd. These things are almost universally announced prior to the new school being chosen. I suppose with the recent tragedy this fell under the radar for the ISU AD.

It is possible that it was just kept very quiet by the program and AD. But the fact that NONE of the insiders had much of a clue is a little interesting.
