Apparently I do! Beat your drum all you want, ignore moderate Republicans, alienate independents and continue to lose national elections. Bottom line is nationally people who hold Glen Beck values arent as big as the noise they create. 8)

40% of Americans identify as conservative. So what's the problem in pushing liberal republicans aside and running more conservative candidates?

Despite what you seem to believe, gov't isn't the answer to our problems. They only add to them.

Of course he doesn't because he swallows every liberal talking point from idiots like Debbie Wasserman-Schultz who was telling anyone with a microphone that was capable of picking up her baritone man voice (something oddly regular amongst liberals) last night that the BIG story was in NY 23 and that it was an example of the impending implosion of the Republican Party and how big a win and what a statement in favor of the Obama presidency it was. Like most liberals, he cannot think for himself because he counts on someone else (government) to do his thinking and doing for him so he can have what he thinks he deserves on the backs of "evil rich people".

The liberal mindset is so flawed it's disgusting. 7% points in 1 general election and they are convinced the left of left has been given carte blanche to do whatever they think is best.

The following should be CRYSTAL CLEAR to anyone with a functioning brain:

1)The ONLY way a liberal is going to win an election in this country of any size or consequence is if they can get a big turnout. That is a big turnout of young people (mostly (certainly not all but mostly) stupid, uniformed, arrogant and easily coerced people that think they have the answers for everything, mostly because they haven't done anything in their lives yet.
Then they need to turnout the poor, uneducated, lazy and worthless drains on society. Those that refuse personal responsibility and either simply want a free lifestyle of their own choosing or just to have someone else take care of them, cradle to grave. Bottom line, liberals can't win unless they get a ton of idiots to vote.

2)The more our country's direction is guided by #1, the closer to economic and social failure we get. The problem with socialism is that eventually you will run out of someone else's money.

3)The government has PROVEN they cannot manage the people's money. Social Security is a FAILURE. Medicare and Medicaid are DISASTERS. Whatever they get their hands on WILL fail. If they take over 1/6th of the economy, they only accelerate this failure.

The youngsters get older and hopefully get smarter and don't end up joining group #2 (the idiot group that thinks they deserve a free life). We just have to hope the idiot group doesn't procreate too often.

FWIW, exit polling confirmed that blacks falied to show up at the polls yesterday in the same numbers as they did for "The One".

Even with ACORN and the SEIU doing their thing in Virginia and NJ, they couldn't stop the avalanche.

Given that, it's pretty safe to say that, as Doc alluded to:

          FREELOADERS VOTE DEMOCRAT

            kc,

With all due respect you have a very shallow understanding of politics, local or national. Despite what you might believe you rarely, if ever, have shown the cognitive ability to present a logical counter-argument with respect to any issue.

In fact, your way around an actual discussion boils down to simply: Quod erat demonstrandum – that which was to be demonstrated has been demonstrated, or: It’s true because I said so.

Your need to make sure the entire world knows there is no connection whatsoever between you and your mind is puzzling.

The exit poll numbers are what they are. Is lying preferred to the truth about the numbers?
I believe the same can be said about young voters. They too turned out in larger numbers for "The One" than they did yesterday. Is that age discrimination?

If you think so, then you must prefer to be ignorant of relevant facts. Disregard my post and enjoy your blissful ignorance.

                        Really kc?

                        Update from USA Today:

                        Wednesday, November 11, 2009

Voters prefer 'Republican' in congressional races
More bad news for Democrats: A new Gallup poll released today shows 48% of registered voters choosing a hypothetical Republican candidate and 44% choosing a hypothetical Democrat.

What may be more troubling for Democrats is the finding that independents favor Republicans to Democrats, 52% to 30%.

“These numbers are evidence of a shifting political terrain that has come as a direct result of Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats’ tone-deaf policies of massive government expansion at the expense of our nation’s economy,” said Ken Spain, National Republican Congressional Committee Communications Director.

Stuart Rothenberg, editor and publisher of the Rothenberg Political Report, said if the numbers hold steady Democrats may be in trouble in 2010.

Still more bad news for the Democrats: Bloomberg News is reporting that another poll finds that just 52% of registered voters support reelection for their members of Congress. Bloomberg says: "That figure is similar to numbers recorded in 2006 and 1994, the last two elections in which control of both houses of Congress changed political parties, according to the survey by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press."

Of course, 1994 was when then-President Bill Clinton tried and failed to pass an ambitious overhaul of the nation's health care system. As USA TODAY’s Kathy Kiely reported yesterday, Clinton was on Capitol Hill yesterday urging Senate Democrats to pass health care.
