Waukesha has issued a public safety alert to "shelter in place if you are within 1/2 mile radius of the 5 points downtown".
It does not sound like they have caught the person(s) as of yet.Comment

Awful horrific and I can’t fathom how someone could do this because it’s difficult to imagine this amount of evil.
MSNBC was foaming at the mouth, already blaming white America.
