The problem with fact checking is that the claim is a straw man. The fact checkers should be checking the claim, “Is the FBI investigating people protesting at school board meetings?”

Additionally, why don’t they answer the claim that the FBI has no jurisdiction here even if there are crimes being committed?

To think that the FBI has time to research terror from moms and dads when the Southern borders are open for anyone in the world to take advantage of, and just walk across, and then the possible terrorists that are unvetted Afghani’s who jumped on U.S. military planes from a chaotic Kabul airport during Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. The FBI already has more on their plate than they can handle without investigating mom’s and dad’s who just want their sons and daughters to learn STEM instead of CRT.

Biden's against Border police (really all police) enforcement. When the 15,000 illegals were congregated under the bridge at the Texas border (Del Rio), all of the border police were occupied there, and the other parts of the Texas border were totally undefended. Like I previously shown documentation, we have captured violent gang members, child rapists and other criminals from Central America/Middle East/China (who are trying to sneak in) at the border before so we know they exist, but when border enforcement agents are handling Biden's blunders from Haiti, and elsewhere, we have no defense at other parts of the border. We may not find out they are in America, until they commit a crime, or they commit a terrorist act against Americans.

On June 22, Scott Smith, a White plumber was filmed as the police arrested him and dragged him out of an LCPS board meeting. It was his arrest, writes Rosiak, that the National School Boards Association cited when it sought the federal help that AG Merrick Garland so willingly gave, referred to as a possible form of “domestic terrorism.”

But that’s not where the actual "domestic terrorism" occurred. It took place three weeks before at Stone Bridge High School. On May 28, a boy wearing a skirt entered the girls’ bathroom at Stone Bridge High School and subjected Scott Smith’s ninth-grade daughter to a violent sexual assault.

Board members denied that there was any safety issue for girls in the restrooms. “Smith tried to contain himself as activists who prioritize ‘lived experience’ and ‘believe women’ ignored his daughter.”

Ultimately, based upon the LCPS superintendent’s either ignorant or fraudulent denial that sexual assault happened in girls’ bathrooms, the LCPS passed its transgender policies—which might not have happened had Smith been allowed to tell his daughter’s story.

The local prosecutor, a Soros-style activist who opposes “mass incarceration,” did her best to get Smith locked up. At this point, of course, she knew or should have known what happened to Smith’s daughter, for the suspect was charged and under house arrest. Although Smith doesn’t know what happened to the boy (his records, as a juvenile, are sealed), he does know that, in October, the boy sexually assaulted another girl at the school.

As Rosak writes, the aftermath is “Two girls, allegedly sexually assaulted in school, four months apart, by the same person. And so far, the only person to be convicted of a crime is the victim’s father.” And the ultimate irony, despite Smith’s daughter being sexually assaulted and later beaten, is that she’s a progressive. What kids learn in school matters.

Yep. Plus they it may be a bit of a CYA in reponse to the reports that they were in consulttion with the Biden adminsitration on this prior to releasing the original letter. Their apologiy was actually to the NSBA members for not consulting them and not an apology to the parents. No doubt the NSBA has gotten caught up in some back wash with this move.
