The truth is, all people are racist to some degree as are animals. It is an evolved survival mechanism to stay within your own kind. It makes it less likely to be singled out by...whom/whatever.
That being said, we are higher lifeforms with greatly evolved brains, so we can make choices that go against our primal instincts. But there are those in society who are less evolved than others to say the least.
I wonder what society would be like with a mixture of homogenous black, Asian, white, and Hispanic companies. Of course you could apply at a black company if you were white or a white company if you were black, but there would be no obligation either way.
Businesses essential for corporate functioning like banking, legal, and accounting would have to be non-discriminatory so there's an even playing field. There would also have to be slightly relaxed standards for minority businesses to obtain financing as the white-only companies would have a significant liquidity advantage. Ideally you would have all sorts of companies, some homogenous, some not, but everybody would be happy in their own little bubble.
This probably wouldn't work for some reason or the other, but if it could ever get up to the point where there's solid competition without subsidy, I think it could be even more innovative than our markets now. Competition would be for racial pride as well as profits. Think of it like college basketball; 350 teams all with different backgrounds, goals, and dreams.
So forcing people to integrate into one corpus may be a mistake. Instead, subsidize minority businesses to some degree so that all races can have "ownership" in their own means of production.
Man... what I just said was racist..... or maybe it was liberal? Or maybe the highest form of freedom?

Man, I swear you couldn't make this stuff up!! Lead analyst Jeff Toobin on CNN caught jerkin it on a Zoom call with his colleagues. He was most likely lookin at pics of Hiden Joe while "working".
On a side note, it is ironic that his name is Toobin...The call, which was described as an "election simulation," featured Toobin's New Yorker colleagues including Jane Mayer, Masha Gessen, Andrew Marantz, Jelani Cobb, Evan Osnos, Sue Halpern, and Dexter Filkins playing various roles in potential 2020 outcomes including President Trump, Joe Biden, "establishment Republicans," 'establishment Democrats," and "the military." Toobin was playing "the courts."
According to two sources, Toobin was seen masturbating in what was supposed to be a 10-minute "strategy session" along party lines, but that it "seemed like Toobin was on a second video call."
"The sources said that when the groups returned from their breakout rooms, Toobin lowered the camera. The people on the call said they could see Toobin touching his penis. Toobin then left the call.
