Mark my words: anybody going after Fauci (and that includes the president) is going to have a high PR price to pay. He is a respected and beloved man in every circle with an impeccable record. The Trump administration may as well go after Jesus next.

Just a good dude, and a GREAT doctor.

Good Morning my humble Shockernet Head Speculator ; D

People are dying in the streets and his organization won't release communique's?

What was fauci saying about masks in April? Can you find us a link? No, facuci is blameless in this whole debacle, but it's the President's fault right? You see where we're going with that line of thinking? At least fauci had the honesty to say his President has done everything suggested of by the experts (he is smart).

Anyway, why are we discussing this china virus in the political forum? Don't we have a separate thread for that? Oh, wait.... TDS (it's contagious).

And then you have my category, which is the "OMG, could he really be insane conservatives". How many votes he could actually lose from "my group" is unknown, but our presence is certainly being felt in the polling.

Trump's greatest threat is voter apathy. And if we are clocking 1,500 deaths a day in November, he is toast. Those Blue Dog Democrats and first-time voters that helped carry the day for him against Kills, will stay home.

Trump's high-stakes strategy is to distort reality until reality hopefully becomes more palatable. He can bang on the lovable little elfish doctor Fauci until his hands bleed and blame every single problem we have on China, but if this virus does not abate (and I'm speaking to deaths) by November, 3rd... we. are. toast. The Socialists will make a power grab like you've never seen before in the name of crisis, and America will be fundamentally changed forever. This will ensure Communist China's future economic dominance over the world and well... the rest, as they say, will be history.

So yeah, wear the masks, socially distance, and let's do our part to stop the spread.

Covidiot Deniers may as well just send in their absentee ballot for Biden right now.

We will see a stark decline in deaths after November 3rd.

When the Ebola crisis hit last year, the government (and the media) turned once again to Anthony Fauci, who has become America’s doctor. Over the past 31 years, Fauci, who has made seminal contributions to our understanding of HIV, has headed the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and put its nearly $4.5 billion annual budget to good use, helping find ways to better treat and prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases. He has pioneered the development of therapies that extend the lives of those living with HIV/AIDS and pushed for a vaccine to prevent the infection—work that has earned him 38 honorary doctoral degrees from universities around the world, the National Medal of Science, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Over a grifter who commutes convicted criminal's sentences when they lie to the Senate republican committee to provide cover for him. Especially when said grifter needs to con everyone about the pandemic so that he can keep his grip on power.......what I find ironic is if they really try to make schools in the hot zones start back up, at least some of them will invariably come home and infect grandma and grampa, who have been some of Trump's most staunch supporters.
How did you feel about Obuma freeing convicted terrorist Oscar Lopez Rivera? The same as you do about Trump commuting witch hunt victim Roger Stone? Curious to know.

Mark it down, Trump wins the election and it won't be close. All of you, including Cold, drooling all over yourselves thinking Biden will win are out of your minds. It is so fun to watch it all go down from the sidelines just like 2016 with "shoe in" Hillary who was going to easily win.

Roger Stone's behavior/attitude towards the justice department was not good. Polar opposite from how Gen. Flynn handled himself. He should have kept his mouth shut and waited for a rescue. Stone also looks like the villain from a Bond film which does not help...

Guess that's a no then. What a shocker.

What next; leave Mueller alone cuz' he's a stand-up dude trying to uphold the Law and protect the innocent? Talk about propaganda for itching ears.

I'm looking forward to DVR'ing stone tonight on Hannity. His appearance will most likely boost the already undisputed king of evening news, FoxNews. Hope it doesn't go off the rails...

His approval ratings would go up just like they were at the beginning of the pandemic when he was acting logical and cautious. Ever since he's adopted the open and **** it attitude his approval ratings have plummeted.

He should have maintained the cautious and careful attitude while instructing states to open up slowly with bars and restaurants being dead last to open unless they served their patrons outside.

This whole, "let the states do what they want and open how they want" is exactly what has Florida, Arizona, and Texas in trouble right now.

A national poll conducted by The New York Times and Siena College in mid-June found that a full 76% of Americans trust Fauci for "accurate information" about the COVID-19 pandemic compared to just 26% who trust Trump.

Fauci, 79, is the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious diseases at the National Institutes of Health within the National Institute of Health and a member of the White House coronavirus task force.

He's served in the federal government for over 50 years and has worked under six presidents on infectious disease research, including leading the charge on the US' response to the AIDS crisis in the 1980s.

Throughout the pandemic, Fauci has received high marks from Americans for his clear and blunt scientific assessments of the COVID-19 pandemic that have often directly contradicted Trump's own messaging, which has at times downplayed the severity of the virus and projected optimism.
Trump can remain "optimistic" without attacking such a popular figure.

I mean obviously you don't **** with Fauci lol -- obviously...

Trump was described by friends as someone who'd walk back 2 blocks to kick a dog that was barking at him. Don't kick this little dog Don.

You do understand how the constitution works with respect to states rights don't you? Man, you have so been sucked in to the leftist vortex. Nice knowin ya hombre.

The Tenth Amendment states that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Basically, that means the federal government's power to impose its authority on the states is limited.
