Yes they should be charged. A college girl was recently given a two year sentence (I think) for a similar incident in which she falsely accused two classmates.
Incidents of rape are prosecuted at roughly the same rate as incidents of burglary and arson and have similar conviction rates.
Incidents of false accusations of sexual misconduct are extremely rare, but more common than false accusations of other crimes.
The most at risk population of rape are male prisoners. If you factor that population into the equation, men (in general) are more likely to be raped than women over the course of their lives.
1 in 1900 women will be raped over the course of their lives according to the FBI. College women are less likely to be a victim of rape than the general population.Livin the dream

Swetnick and her porn lawyer should both go to jail as quickly as possible for their scurrilous and false allegations. Ramirez should be punished but I don't know about jail time.
IMO Ford is a damaged woman who need help and also a likely Democratic operative who has been wronged by the Democratic Senators.

There is a massive spike in sexual assault allegations since the Kavanaugh hearings. Make of that what you will, but if I could offer you one bit of investment advice... buy Pfizer (Viagra).
Calls to the Rape Response line at the Crisis Center in Birmingham more than doubled in the month of September, due in part to the saturation of sexual assault stories in the news cycle and the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court confirmation hearings.
Executive directors of agencies across Massachusetts that provide help to assault and rape victims expect the surge in calls to continue throughout the week.
The attack on men will continue to the point that nobody will be able to get it up anymore.

pretty much cold.. saw a dave chappelle years ago where he required the female to sign a contract for what they were 'bout to do.. and included a confidentiality clause..
this is really serious.. especially when the man is considered guilty until proven innocent. it can ruin personal life, career, etc. i'm a fan of sharia law... 100 lashing in public and stoning false accusers.. but we live in the states where false accusers tend to get a slap on the wrist.
thinking about it reminds me of the mom that had her 6yr old boy stand on a busy street corner with a sign that said that he "couldn't behave in school".. pretty embarassing - but she hasn't received a call from the school regarding the behavior of her son since. in the mean girls case, i'd hit them with the civil suit, then use a portion of the monies to buy billboards around town with their pictures on it and what they are guilty of. probably take a full page ad out in the newspaper with the same information.. maybe the false accusers would think twice...then again, maybe not.
strong punishments are nice deterrants
